Storms In Romania Flooded Over 200 Homes, Half In Capital Bucharest
Over 200 homes in 20 Romanian localities were affected by the heavy rain and gusty wind in the past 24 hours, half of them in capital city Bucharest, the General Emergencies Inspectorate said Friday.
